Europe is the place to go for a steamy trip – but do you know the top sex vacation destinations for finding kinky locals?
A study has shown that if you’ve got a penchant for dildos, cock rings and all things naughty, Denmark is the place to go.
For every 1000 internet users in Denmark, over 100 of them are searching for sextoys every month.
In fact, it seems the Scandinavians are pretty kinky in general, with Sweden coming in second place.
But if the frozen north is a little too chilly for your sex vacation destinations choices, you’ll be pleased to find the home of the world’s most famous royals are no slouch in the sex toys department either.
The UK has the third highest search volume per 1000 people for sex toys every month – beating out the Netherlands who have some of the loosest attitudes to sex on the continent.
The surprising results also revealed that the two most common European countries for sex vacations — Italy and France, ranked remarkably low for sex toy searches – coming in at just 7th and 12th place respectively.
So unless you’re looking for a vanilla sex vacation, it might be time to switch up your thinking and book your next sex vacation somewhere a little colder than normal.
And when you think about it, what’s not to love? There’s nothing that encourages people to cozy up quite like the snow, and we hear that the Danish are pretty good in bed too.
In fact, according to a global study by OnePoll.com, Denmark is ranked as one of the top 10 countries in the entire world for sexual satisfaction, and we think we’ve got a pretty good idea why! It is now at the top of my list for sex vacation destinations!
Amusingly, some of our strongest stereotypes about how the men of different countries rate in bed are pretty accurate. It turns out the Scottish are too loud (we never would have guessed that one!), the Russians are too hairy (must be all those bears on unicycles) and the Germans are just too smelly!
So ladies, if a sex vacation trip abroad is what you’re after it might be worth staying away from the Germans – but personally we can’t complain too much about a man who likes to make his uh… presence known – so perhaps those kinky Scots won’t be such a bad bet after all.
