Butt Plug Training is a favorite of Dominants who usually want to keep their submissive’s (sub) anus filled with a butt-plug, and sometimes, an enema! First, it reminds the submissive of who is the boss, and who fills their ass.
Second, butt plug training prepares the sub for being penetrated anally; can assist with forced enemas, or enema retention, and other water sports; as well as anal control (you can’t defecate with a butt plug in place!).
A good butt plug won’t fall out or allow leakage. It can be worn for hours without discomfort, including in public. In public use reminds the sub that the master has the ability to control.
Regular butt plugs are, for lack of better description, “triangle” shaped with a bulge in the middle, and a narrow area located at the end of the toy, near the “grip” or the retaining element of the plug.
Butt plugs, butt vibes and toys are different than vaginal toys due to the addition of the grip or retaining element at the end. This is designed to make sure the toy does not insert all the way into the anus, requiring a trip to the emergency room for removal.
Stay away from available-at-home items like hair brushes, bottles or other toys. The inherent danger that could arise from these items isn’t something you or your sub would want to experience. Getting it removed in an ER is embarrassing; but it would be terrible if it caused rips or cuts in the anal canal.
There are also different shapes and sizes, including penis shapes, and triangle shaped toys that can only be described as “extreme”. These extreme sex toys are not for beginners.
Some butt plugs have a removable “screw-in” valve that allows for the insertion of an enema tube or fill nozzle. Once the liquid has been dispensed through the plug, the valve can be shut, and the wearer is at the mercy of the dom for release.
Remember, this is the butt. Although it has the most number of nerve and pleasure points, you must consider hygiene. Therefore, cleanliness is key to better anal experiences.
For female subs, care must be taken to avoid any cross contamination between the anus and the vagina. Above all, when the anus is cleaned, wiping must be away from the vagina.
For male subs, avoid contact between toys used in the anus, and the head or urethra of the penis.
The use of a lubricant is mandatory. This is not the area where you wish to have pain, as the toy can tear the lining of the anal canal. Use lubrication generously.
Above all, NO VASELINE, BABY OIL, OR COOKING OIL. No silicone lubes unless the butt plug is wood, metal or glass.
Use your finger – apply lubricant to your finger and wipe around the anus. When you have teased the anus enough, begin to gentle probe the opening. Apply more lube and probe deeper into the anus.
Remove your finger. If there is fecal matter (poop, shit) on it, it might be a good time for an enema or anal douche to clean the anal canal. Or, it might be time to let your sub know that a punishment is due for failure to properly douche and clean their anus.
If you plan to use an enema, warm water and a drop or two of very mild dish soap work wonders. I prefer my sub to be head down and ass up during the five minutes or so that they must retain the cleansing enema. I find this position to be the best because the liquid travels back toward the bowel, just beyond the canal, freeing up any left behind fecal matter.
Plus, I prefer seeing them face down, ass up. So it works. Do not use store bought enemas. They are too harsh, and are not intended to be gentle cleansers, as they are usually to satisfy a condition such as constipation. Make your own cleansing douche – cheaper, safer and overall a better choice.
Apply lubricant to the buttplug, especially to the tip. And instruct your sub to assume the position.
The Positions
In this type of relationship, the dom will be the one who inserts the sextoy into the sub, as that is part of the position of power the dom exerts. Therefore, the positions of insertion might be quite different from someone not in a power-relationship.
Some positions include standing in front of you, bent over, hands on their cheeks holding the cheeks open; on their knees, face down, ass up (see a pattern here?); or if you have an experienced sub, on the tips of their toes with their knees opened so you can insert from below.
Some of these positions also allow you to easily stimulate your sub as you tease them with the tip of the butt plug. There are other positions you can experiment with as well, including flat on their stomach with their feet spread apart.
Depending on the level of familiarity with butt plugs, thrust the tip into their ass, then remove it. Add more lube, reinsert and repeat.
The plug should easily slide in up to its widest point. Your sub may begin protesting or pulling away.
In addition, restrain the sub by holding down the legs to prevent movement and fidgeting.
You may also choose to stimulate your sub while inserting the toy. For male subs especially, do not allow them to climax before the plug is in place.
Proper fit is important. No one wants to have a butt plug simply fall out. That is not acceptable.
Have your sub stand and instruct them to squeeze or bear down on the plug. For those unfamiliar, it is the same muscle as stopping your urine mid-stream.
If the plug flies out, you have chosen too small of a plug, and must now start over with a larger size.
However, if the plug stays in, tell the sub to “squat” because a correctly sized plug won’t exit – even in this position.
But there is one final test – go for a walk with no panties or underwear. If it stays in, you are good to go.
Grab the base of the sextoy. Gently turn and begin removing it. The sub will experience pressure, sometimes extreme, when the center bulge attempts to exit the inner sphincter. It is possible you will need to go slower if this happens, because sometimes the inner sphincter grabs on and doesn’t want to let go.
Word of advice – if you gave your sub an enema with the plug in place, the enema will immediately exit when the plug is removed … so it is better to remove the plug on the toilet or in a shower; or standing in the yard.
After removal, the sextoy should be cleaned. There should be NO SMELL if you are using a quality toy. Therefore, a smell means that the toy cannot be fully cleaned, and bacteria might be staying in the material of the toy.
Enemas with butt plugs are always a favorite for plug lovers. After the enema and plug are in place, the sub is sent to the store or other public area (lingerie store), and must find and purchase specific items that the dom has requested.
There are also air filled expandable butt plugs. They provide a feeling of a full anus, and can be very uncomfortable to wear and go shopping until they are allowed to release the air.
For instance, there are also remote control vibrating butt plugs, with specialized prostate massage plugs for men as well. This is one of my favorite (used alone, not with an enema).
Dom stands away from the sub, while the sub must interact with the staff or the cashier at the grocery store, or other retail establishment.
The dom has the remote control and sends charges of vibration to the sub without warning, usually making sure the sub is in mid-sentence as it is fun to watch the sub learn to handle the vibrations.
For female subs, the same type of remote controlled sex toys are also available for vaginal play. It can be combined with a remote control anal sex toy which will give her twice the vibrations – never knowing which orifice will be vibrated next.
Finally, you can also instruct your sub to insert the butt plug in the car during the drive to the store. The feet on the dash at the windshield, knees open, lube and insert the toy.
Wearing all night is another possibility, although this sometimes causes irritation and difficulty in removal because all of the lube has vanished. But this can be more painful than fun depending on how the body processed the lube.
And for the truly extreme, there are shocking butt plugs that are remote controlled. The same concept as before with the remote controlled plug in public, except this one gives electroshocks rather than vibration.
Having a butt plug in the anus while having vaginal intercourse is much more common today as butt plugs have become so popular and accepted.
But regardless of the situation, anyone will tell you that the orgasm increases ten-fold with a sex toy in your ass, especially one with vibration that changes its vibration pattern automatically between on, off, faster, slower, builds up, down, and more.
Generally less common is intercourse with a butt plug keeping an enema in, since there is a different pleasure to the excitement caused by the water inside the anus. The plug makes sure the enema doesn’t get expelled during excitement.
In conclusion, butt play has become one of the most asked about fetishes in adult stores and discussion sites. In fact, most adult stores dedicate more space to butt toys than ever, when you include all the different types – from plugs, to trainers, dilators, probes, beads and balls.
Specifically, buy quality products; quality lube designed for the insertion into the body; and play safe, avoiding a trip to the ER!
